We are looking for a dedicated person to join our Vietnam team and work with our global team to scale our sales, delivery and customer success.

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated Project and Customer Success Manager to engage with our customers and scale our delivery and customer success. You will be part of our highly skilled team in HCMC and across the world.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. As part of our global team, you will work with exciting brands and retailers from around the world. This is an opportunity to play a central role in our growth journey, working alongside highly skilled professionals in a motivating and competitive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of Qarma's solutions. A key part of this is understanding the customer’s business process and match that with the Qarma solution.
- Provide product support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily contact with customers, understanding their requirements, and aligning our solution to their specific needs. Yes, you will be going onsite with customers. This is not just a desktop role.
- Drive and maintain customer success initiatives, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support, to maximize customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers both online and on site, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize Qarma.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Min 3 years of experience in customer success or project management roles
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written
- A strong project manager - you run at high speed and enjoy having many projects underway communicating with a broad network of people internally and externally.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Experience from international company involved in supply chain, quality assurance, production or sourcing.
