- Actively coordinate with AD / GAD in planning agent training activities in the assigned area monthly.
- Chủ động phối hợp với AD / GAD trong việc lập kế hoạch ćc hoạt động đ̀o tạo lực lượng đại lý trong khu vực được phân công h̀ng tháng._
2. Training /
_Đào tạo_
- Directly train training programs according to the program and orientation of the company in the assigned area in order to develop the training team.
- Trực tiếp huấn luyện ćc chương trình đ̀o tạo theo chương trình v̀ định hướng của công ty trong khu vưc được giao nhằm ph́t triển đội ngũ huấn luyện._
3. Supervision /
_Giám sát_
- Assign and monitor the training activities of collaborative coaching staff to ensure that the training classes follow the plan and reach the company's standard quality.
- Phân công v̀ theo dõi ćc hoạt động đ̀o tạo của lực lượng nhân viên huấn luyện cộng t́c viên nhằm đảm bảo ćc lớp huấn luyện theo đúng kế hoạch v̀ đạt chất lượng chuẩn của công ty._
- 4. _Business support /
_ Hỗ trợ kinh doanh_
- Support activities to promote business in 48H, GP, BOP together with AD / GAD and other tasks assigned by Regional Coach.
- Hỗ trợ ćc hoạt động thúc đẩy kinh doanh trong 48H, GP, BOP cùng với với AD / GAD v̀ ćc nhiệm vụ kh́c được phân công bởi Trưởng Huấn Luyện khu vực._
5. Building internal and external relationships / Xây dựng mối quan hệ nội bộ và bên ngoài
- Building relationships and maintaining close, effective cooperation, AD / GAD / AT / GA staff and Ministry of Finance staff in the assigned region and region.
- Xây dựng mối quan hệ v̀ duy trì sự hợp t́c chặt chẽ, hiệu quả, nhân viên AD/GAD/AT/GA v̀ ćn bộ Bộ T̀i chính trong khu vực v̀ vùng được giao._

Qualification / Bằng cấp:
- Graduated from University upwards. Major in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Education, Banking and Finance.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên. Chuyên ng̀nh Quản trị nhân lực/ Quản trị kinh doanh/ Sư phạm, t̀i chính ngân hàng._
- At least 1 year of teaching / training experience
- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy/ đ̀o tạo_
Knowledge & Skills / Kiến thức và kỹ năng:
- Knowledge of finance, investment, insurance
- Kiến thức về t̀i chính, đầu tư, bảo hiểm_
- Good English communication skills- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá_
- Presentation skills fluently and confidently- Kỹ năng thuyết trình lưu lót, tự tin_
- Ability to communicate, communicate- Khả năng giao tiếp, truyền thông_
