We’re seeking an experienced and talented Platform QA Specialist to join Tiki, who will be responsible for driving Department/Stakeholders to be disciplined with company regulation, having strong key job/project ownership and presenting audit results to Stakeholders, coaching and mentoring QA’s team members. The role reports to Platform QA Manager

Key responsibilities:

- Determine the internal audit scope & annual plans and present the audit results. Conduct the frequent audit, ensure that the function operates in accordance with the policy/process
- Identify loopholes & recommend risk aversion measurement and cost savings of process & policy.
- Prepare & present reports that reflect insights on audits’ findings & recommendations to Stakeholders. Ensure the internal compliance & follow the internal team until the loopholes have been improved
- Document the processes & policies with the full training to the internal team to get the understandings & agreements. Update qualified documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the business requirements
- Contributing to special projects as an owner / leader is required, which will enhance Tiki's business. Build and develop QA's systems, policies and procedures predict what process which business team will need
- Supporting in conducting internal training within QA's team to enhance their capabilities
- Mentoring QA's team members' performance

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor with at least 5-6 working experience. Economic/Auditing/Law/ majors be appreciated
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations. Ecommerce Platform or other Platform 4.0 is preferred
- High attention to detail & excellent analytical skill
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sharp policy risk analysis and internal control mindset
- Project Management and Strategic Planning skill, Systems thinking skill
- Able to work with numerous stakeholders
- Able to work familiarly with internal tools, systems
- Coaching and Mentoring, People Development skill
- Good to have: Experience working in E-commerce / Technology / Digital Services / Logistics industry
