**What you will do as a BIM Specialist**:

- Define project information requirements in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Develop and gain consensus of the Project Standards, Methods and Procedures (SMP).
- Develop the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system based on the BIM requirement for projects.
- Ensure the project information model is produced in accordance with the project's SMP and QC/ QC.
- Maintain and receive information into the information model.
- Configure information in line with the project requirements.
- Develop and maintain the dashboard report on Power Bi.

With offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi and nearly 200 employees, HaskoningDHV Vietnam has carried out numerous projects for the private and public sector, comprising the full scope of engineering and consultancy services for Industrial & Building projects, Maritime & Water Management projects.

This role belongs to AG Industry & Buildings and is based in Ho Chi Minh office.

**What you bring**:

- Self-managing ability, teamwork, and coaching capacity.
- Good understanding in written and spoken English.
- High level of experience in the use of multiple BIM Coordination/ QA & QC Platforms such as Solibri, Autodesk BIM Interoperability, or Autodesk Navisworks.
- Has knowledge in coding language such as Python, C# is the advantage.
- Portfolio and example file or key highlight in your career map is required.
