Role Description / Mô tả công việc

This is a
full-time, on-site
position based in
Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam
, for a
BIM Specialist
.

The BIM Specialist will be responsible for
coordinating and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
, ensuring effective
project collaboration across disciplines
. Daily tasks include
managing BIM deliverables
,
coordinating architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs
, and
preparing project submittals
. The role also involves
providing technical support
to project teams and ensuring
compliance with BIM standards
.

Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm
phối hợp và triển khai các quy trình Building Information Modeling (BIM)
, đảm bảo
sự phối hợp hiệu quả giữa các bộ môn trong dự án
. Công việc hằng ngày bao gồm
quản lý hồ sơ BIM
,
phối hợp bản vẽ Kiến trúc và MEP (Cơ - Điện - Nước)
, và
chuẩn bị các hồ sơ trình duyệt
. Ngoài ra, vị trí này còn yêu cầu
hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các nhóm dự án
và đảm bảo
tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn BIM
.

Qualifications / Yêu cầu năng lực

  • Strong knowledge of
    Building Information Modeling (BIM)
    and
    BIM coordination
  • Experience in
    Architecture
    and
    MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
    systems
  • Proficiency in
    reviewing and preparing project submittals
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of
    industry standards
  • Ability to
    collaborate effectively
    with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in
    Autodesk software
    such as
    Revit
    and related tools
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

  • Prior
    experience in the AEC industry
    is an advantage

  • Kiến thức vững về

  • Có
