Job duties will include but not limited to the following:

- Check on the site following shop drawings, method statements, specifications, VN current standards and report to Site Manager
- Check and inspect each item on the site to meet requirements, project specification with consultants
- Check and control safety matter on the site based on safety regulations
- Meet with subcontractors every day to discuss the schedule of each item and speed up to catch up with them.
- Check inspection sheets, monthly quantity of subcons, construction status and report to Site Manager, Construction Manager.

Annual leave: 12 days, plus 1 day after every 2 years

Annual health checking
- Salary: Negotiate
- Social insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance, 13th month salary, Salary increase one time per year;
- Working time: 09 hours per day (01 hour OT is paid according to labor law), 06 days per week (7:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM);
** Working place: Site office at Nguyen Van Huyen str., Tay Ho dist., Hanoi city.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Education: Graduated from the regular University or above, majoring in Infrastructure Engineering (National University of Civil Engineering, University of Transport & Communications...)
- Language: Good English communication skills

Computer: Proficient use AutoCAD and other office software (MS word, MS excel, MS Project )
- Knowledge of construction standard & regulations.
- Have a construction practice certificate.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, creative at work, able to withstand work pressure, accept to work overtime.
- Good ability to work independently
