- Position title: Site Electrical Engineer.
- Duration: 1-year contract with possibility of extension.
- Location: based on Site Office of High-rise Complex Project at Land Lot K8HH1 situated at Centre of Tay Ho Tay New Town, Xuan La ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi city, Vietnam
- Duties and responsibilities:
1. Survey and project design:

- Survey new projects, and make survey reports.
- Prepare project design solutions and technical drawings, make technical checks and calculations, manually or supported by software.
- Calculate quantity (BOM) ;
- Prepare bidding documents.

2. Project construction management:

- Prepare construction schedule and project construction methods.
- Prepare project implementation plans and work assignment tables at the project.
- Manage Projects and technical team. Supervise and allocate resources.
- Represent the Company to resolve problems arising during construction.
- Implement construction plans and monitor projects to ensure Safety, Quality and Timeline.
- Participate in meetings with investors and Sub-contractors.
- Make weekly and monthly reports to send management.
- Other duties as required.

- Requirements
- Graduated Electrical Engineer with 5 years of working experience carrying out tasks mentioned above. (Preferred experience in high-rise apartments, hotels and shopping centers)
- English proficiency: general communication, proficient in writing and reading drawings
