Following the successful expansion of our office from Sydney, Australia to Yangon, Myanmar, we are now proud to extend our presence to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As we continue to grow our footprint in Southeast Asia, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and results-driven Visa Processing Assistant to support our operations in Vietnam.

This position is essential to delivering professional visa and migration services, expanding our service offerings, and ensuring exceptional client experiences in line with Australian migration and education standards.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Please note: This is an **entry-level position suitable for recent university graduates**. Prior experience in Australian visa or migration work is **not** required, as full training will be provided by a registered Australian migration lawyer.
- Liaise with clients to gather and verify required documents, ensuring all submissions meet visa criteria and are fully compliant.
- Maintain up-to-date client records; sort and update documents, software, case notes, and checklists in accordance with RIVERS’ internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate professionally with clients to answer questions and guide them through the visa process.
- Support migration consultants and education consultants in visa-related administrative tasks, including the preparation of supporting documents and information.
- Keep current with changes in visa policy, legislation, and lodgement procedures.
- Report workflow tracking, and compliance checks as needed.
- Perform any other tasks as instructed by the manager, assistant manager, or team leader.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**
- Prior experience in internships, office administration, secretarial work, or a related support role is highly regarded.
- High proficiency in English, particularly in reading and writing.
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail with good document handling and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary Package + Bonus**

The monthly salary starts from VND 11,000,000 (inclusive of social insurance). RIVERS also provides meal incentives for working days.

We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position also includes a performance-based bonus as part of the total compensation package.
