Purpose of the job
- This job contributes to Starbucks success by identifying needs and implementing learning and development programs for specific client groups that will enhance their productivity and performance. Monitor and analyze the impact of learning programs for continuous improvement. Implement succession planning for employee career development. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Key Responsibility
- Planning & execution Starbucks Learning Program:

- Coordinates delivery of training programs. Conducts, facilitates and markets training programs and supports field management in execution. Observes implementation of training programs. Ensures consistency and accuracy.
- Administers the training program calendar, including training classes, workshops and trainer certifications.
- Assign & collaborate with internal trainers to each of topic and align with Ops team in training schedule
- Update the L&D tracking program and do assessment end of the programs.
- Develop Coached and Facilitators:

- Conduct Train the Trainers: Classroom Facilitators (CFs), Advanced Facilitators (ACFs), Manager Trainers (MTs) workshop and follow up coaching/feedback for Internal Trainers.
- Implementing & develop L&D process in classroom training and in-stores coach certification.
- Driving Improvement:

- Design & Develop new programs (E-learning in Starbucks Learning Management System - LMS & Offline Training) and instructional materials.
- Manage and analysis L&D data to evaluate L&D effectiveness (Return On Investment - ROI).
- Cross Function Project:

- Support other cross functions in building the training process in new projects/ programs (Limited Time Offering - LTO, SB new concepts...).

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of Learning and Development.
- Experience developing and implementing learning programs for local and global.
- Strong project management skills; able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management, online course creation tools, and webinar/virtual classroom platforms.
- Strong executive presence with ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the firm.
- Strong English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), E-learning Design & Data Management
- Willing to travel.
