As a Senior L&D Specialist, you will be a key member of the L&D Team and have a hands-on role in organizing various training activities and supporting our employees through learning and development opportunities, helping to cultivate a learning culture in the company.

You will report directly to the Learning & Development Manager of Positive Thinking Company.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
**1. Company Learning and Development (L&D) Programs**
- Assist the L&D manager in Company Training Needs Analysis and create the Training Master Plan
- Assist the L&D manager in planning and implementing the L&D projects;
- Implement the training programs as planned
- Provide information and guidance to employees with L&D-related processes and policies
- Perform training evaluation, data analysis, and develop training reports
- Ensure the up-to-date L&D process, and materials, modify or develop training materials and knowledge tests
- Maintain records of all training-related activities
- Contact training vendors to request proposals and prepare a summary after comparing them
- Assist L&D Manager in the implementation of ISMS for the L&D Team
- Other relevant tasks are assigned from time to time

**2**. **Certification Plan**
- Manage the certification plan registered by departments
- Work in collaboration with Coaches to finalize the learning plan for learners
- Maintain an up-to-date Training Bond Policy and ensure the Training Bond Policy is understood by the employee
- Supervise the Administration Process: register exams, reimburse if needed with Finance-Admin Department
- Follow up the learning certification plan to ensure the outputs in compared to the Registration Plan
- Maintain the certification list and prepare on-demand reports

**3. Internship Program**
- Act as a contact point between the L&D Team, universities, partner organizations, and students in the company’s internship programs
- Control internship programs and coordinate training activities during and after the training period in accordance with the training process
- Assist in planning the Proposal budget, including Working Space & IT stuff planning with the IT department
- Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports after the program ends

**4. Training Events**:

- Propose the training budget for L&D Events
- Propose the Action Plan and implement the plan with L&D members
- Collaborate with the Communications Team to organize and host the events
- Work with L&D executives to ensure a smooth administration process

**5. Team Management**
- Assist and supervise junior/ medior team members
- Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular training, and coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

**6. Training Reports**:be in charge or assist in different kinds of reports
- Weekly Training Reports
- Monthly Training Reports
- On-demand Reports

**7. ISO 27001 Alignment**:

- Participate in ISMS implementation
- Perform monthly and quarterly permission and asset availability review
- Monitor ISMS Awareness Training

**8. Continuous improvement**:

- Assist the L&D Projects to continuously improve the training services
- Obtain and convey feedback while contributing ideas to improve the current processes and policies
- Maintaining current knowledge of L&D innovation, best practices, and future trends

**WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE**:

- You have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in L&D. (IT/software industry is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- You should have project management skills
- You can speak English fluently (minimum B2+ level above) and possess good English business writing skills
- You love working with people and bringing a pleasant experience to others
- You are strong in logical thinking and have high attention to detail
- You like working in a team
- You are very organized, self-motivated, confident, hardworking, careful, and proactive
- You are happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
- Awareness of ISO:27001 standard and understanding of PTC APAC ISMS through internal/ external training courses (awareness training & refresh training).
