Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an R&D Manager(Footwear, $4000, ID14828)
- Research andtest to create products that meet requirements
- Deploy product production processes and monitor, adjustand supplement
- Recommend choosing suppliers andappropriate raw materials.
- Oversee the entire process of developing products, ensuring the company achieves its research and product development goals
- Based on product development information,do analysis and evaluation activities tosupport other departments to understand and perform the following work well
- Regularly update information related to the project, identify target markets and information related to the project
- Verify the accuracy of the collected information
- Analyze and synthesize information into understandable information
- Researchtheneeds and future direction of thecustomer
- Superviseand manageall new product and process development activities
- Make plans,testing, and actual production.
- Track and manage costs related to products
- Suggest the Board of Directors make decisions on choosing appropriate product development directions
- Manageand superviseemployees' performance in the department
- Support recruitment and training of employees for the R&D department

- Bachelor's Degree in the major of Chemistry or related fields
- Have from 05 years of working experience in a similar position at shoe form, chemical,shoe lining manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge and experience of footwear processes manufacturing and footwearchemicals industry
- Fluent in English
