This leadership role oversees agency, broking, and device protection sales in Vietnam, driving revenue growth, renewals, and partnerships. It combines business development, strategic leadership, and digital transformation to improve efficiency and customer experience. Description As a Country Sales Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the insurance industry.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends in Bangkok and beyond.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and contract finalizations.
- Monitoring competitor activities and providing market insights to the leadership team.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Profile A successful Country Sales Lead should have:

- 10+ years in non-life insurance, 5+ years in management
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; Bahasa is a plus
- Experience in digital customer journeys, sales strategy, and business development
- Strong analytical, deal structuring, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
