The organization’s ecosystem spans a broad array of holdings, technologies and investments. Our client is on an ambitious growth journey within the ASEAN region and is focused on transforming the way people live and work, through it’s innovative product and service portfolio. This role will be focused on driving the go-to market and country strategy for the organization, and will take complete ownership of how the organization looks to position and find it’s market in Vietnam.

This is an extremely exciting role where you will be responsible to champion growth for the organization’s Vietnam and Indochina operations and will be tasked to eventually lead the operations in full capacity for the region. The Challenges
Build out the business through identifying opportunities and crafting out the go-to market strategy for the firm in order to grow it’s presence in Vietnam & Indochina.
Develop and implement commercial and in-country strategy according to organizational goals and objectives and look to run a market analysis on how best to position the organization’s suit of products and services within the country.
Look to identify potential organizations of interest to the organization which will assist in driving inorganic growth, champion effective M&A Activity which will benefit the organization’s foray into the country and enable it to leverage ecosystem through acquisitions.
Work in partnership with Product, Marketing, Operations and project teams to identify the value drivers of the organization and work towards creating a unique proposition that is relevant to the local market.
Work with the executive leadership team to enhance sales effectiveness, pursuit opportunity strategy and implement strong key account management strategies.
provide leadership and direction to the in-country team and work towards mentoring and coaching the existing team in order to develop internal capability allowing the organization to retain and grow it’s existing customers in the region. What It Takes
A strong entrepreneurial track record and ability to build a a business through playing to underserved opportunities and setting up a strong commercial structure.
Have a strong grasp of the building materials space within ASEAN and how to pursue, bid and effectively onboard and grow key relationships and accounts in the region.
Strong leadership and sales strategy experience, with exceptional network within the building materials community within ASEAN.
In depth knowledge of building materials/performance materials and real estate will prove to be extremely valuable in order to succeed in the role.
