**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The incumbent needs to have a good understanding of the business plans, strategies and challenges, work with respective teams within technology teams for example ensuring the sufficiency of capacities and resources to support growth plans, development plans, that are in line with Operations Division business needs and ambition. Expected to plan for current and future needs based on business growth assumptions.
- Must keep abreast of current trends to drive technology enablement or innovation in Operation Division’s business processes and operations which support revenue building initiatives and customer experiences. He/she must work with Operations team(s) to establish the bank’s operations technical vision and lead all aspects of the operations division technological development.
- Provide leadership for designing, developing, and implementing IT initiatives that create customer and/or business value.
- Translate business needs into system solutions making maximum use of available tools while ensuring longer term supportability of the architecture. (Close collaboration with Enterprise Architect is of paramount importance.)
- Drives effectiveness and efficiency of Operation’s business processes to ensure customer centricity is maintained and improved over time compared to industry standards.
- Develop plans and budgets considering internal work needs and operating units’ approved projects.
- Identify, develop and execute high-impact innovation strategy and roadmap aligned to the strategic business goals and growth priorities of Operations Division
- Building a strong relationship with business stakeholders and teams. Interacting with senior management levels at Lines of Business Heads, BOM and BOD, which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters
- Define the customer segments the product will target, to understand those customers' goals, and how they would gain value from product capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong ties with teams; educate and train teams on new solutions and innovations. Research, study, and testing of the up-to-date technology and to transfer of the architecture technology knowledge to staffs
- Budget and plan modernization work for the entire product life cycle and not as an occasional exception, by performing continuous modernization which will proactively reduce technical debt.
- Manage the IT function on a day-to-day operational basis

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Educational Qualifications**
- Priority to have a master's degree in IT or computer science

**Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise**
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Knowledge of contracts, negotiation, and change management.
- Knowledge of IT computer systems and software and ability to manage the entire scope of IT operations.
- Good foundation in database design
- Working knowledge of core financial system is an advantage

- Good communication skills and presentation in Vietnamese and English
- Strong project management skills with a focus on efficiency and results in the information system environment.
- Good communication, problem solving and management skills. Good business process analysis and capture skills, ability to work as an effective member of a team.
- Skills of consulting solutions, choosing suitable technical solutions to customers' needs
- Ability to learn, research, analyze, compare, evaluate technical technology solutions, and manage information on IT products

**Relevant Experience**
- 10+ years of relevant experience in innovation, technology and/or solutions development. 5+ years executive of a large company.
