- Based on investment approval for Corporate bonds (Primary bond) at Head Office:
+ Drafting agreements and relevant documents such as: Corporate bonds purchase agreement, guarantee agreement, mortgage agreement.

+ Performing legal documentation (notarization, registration of secured transactions...) and collateral documentation management in compliance with IVB regulation.

+ Preparing required/ periodical (monthly/ quarterly/ annual) reports for credit transactions (legal documents, debts principals and interests, debts management)

+ Performing open, manage account, record entries related to credit administration operation: input system the information of collateral, bond facilities, interest rate, debt classification, debt reminder

+ Documents storage according to IVB regulations
- Controlling disbursement conditions for large scale disbursement according to IVB’s policy from time to time.
- Managing credit administration information for the whole system.
- Constructing and managing system’s functions related to credit administration operation.
- Acting as focal point to receive and resolve the feedback of business units and problems in credit administration operation.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Having Bachelor’s degree and above in major of finance and banking, economics, foreign trade, business administration, financial accounting, law.
- Having knowledge and good practice of regulations of law banking related to credit operations and risk management.
- Having perform reports, analyze general reports, risk identification and policy formulating skill
- Skill of solve problem and make decision, community and presentation
- Experience: At least 01 year of experience relevant
- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English
