Engineering Administrator

- Coordinate and manage engineering project schedules, timelines, and resources
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress
- Organise and schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
- Manage and update engineering databases and filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor project expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for engineering staff when necessary
- Support the procurement process for engineering equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management software
- Strong organisational and time-keeping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Familiarity with engineering processes and terminology
- Understanding of technical documentation and drawings
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
