**Job description**:
**_ Research & Analysis (70%)_**
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors to understand their CRM strategies, products, and services.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to uncover insights that can improve the CRM strategy.
- Benchmark competitors’ products in terms of features, pricing, and service quality to identify improvement areas or differentiators.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommended actions.
- Work closely with Delivery Teams to understand their needs, pain points and enhance internal processes through automation and improve productivity;
- Work with several large and complex SQL databases;
- Conduct analysis required to support strategic initiatives such as market projection, historical performance, or competitor analysis;

**_ CRM Performance Monitoring & Automation Optimization (30%)_**
- Work closely with CRM specialists to monitor the performance of automation flows within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize implemented automation processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to evaluate improvements in automation workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the performance and effectiveness of CRM processes.

**Job requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BA, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, market research, or data analysis.
- Practical experience with CDP tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of automation processes and optimization techniques within CRM systems.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving and performance optimization.
- Proactive, meticulous, and eager to learn new technologies.
- High sense of responsibility, capable of working independently.
- Collaborative and adaptive to a fast-paced working environment.
