**Job description**

The Business Analyst role is required to identify and strategically analyze a range of information to ensure the most efficient, productive, and effective decision-making is being undertaken by the business in relation to people, workflow, and sales processes.

The position will work closely with all Operations and Functional teams represented by both Vietnamese and expats. A combination of appropriate commercial acumen, an intimate strong mathematical skill, an expert knowledge of spreadsheet modelling, and a very good level of English communication is required for success in this role.

**Responsibilities & Typical Activities**
- Work directly with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and HRM systems, with hands-on involvement in system operations and improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and data flows across systems.
- Analyze user requirements, support SAP system implementations, and continuously enhance system performance.
- Conduct scenario-based testing and perform sensitivity analyses to validate changes and ensure reliability.
- Develop spreadsheet-based operational models, conduct benchmarking and comparative analysis, and perform market research to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting processes and enhance the accuracy of operational analysis models.
- Support the Operations and Finance teams by proactively addressing issues and proposing data-driven solutions.
- Prepare strategic recommendations and insights for presentation to the Board of Management and relevant departments.
- Collect and analyze business requirements for new systems or product enhancements through user interviews, feedback sessions, and market research; assist in evaluating project deliverables against defined goals.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

**Job requirements**
- University or College degree, major in Mathematics, Data Science, Economy, Finance. ect.
- More than 2 years’ experience within a multi-faceted corporate environment or a multi-national-corporation
- English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent
- Expert level of mathematics and spreadsheet modelling is mandatory with a very strong proficient fluency with data analytics software, tools such as Excel, VBA, Power BI, SQL
- Have a chartered accounting background or worked within a finance team is a plus
