- Manage the change from beginning to implementation.
- Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on specific domain, such as PDM, Workflow SharePoint, VPB Sharefiles, e-Invoice, e-Statement, e-Office, Tái Thẩm định, Collateral Management and Reporting/ Advanced Analytics, etc
- Understand Architecture of data and analyze the capability of bank systems, such as, Core Banking, Card Management System, Digital Banking Platform, etc as well as data of source system.
- Document needs in clear, consistent, easy to read, complete BRD/SRS
- Execute System Analyst role in projects and enhancements request.
- Be goal oriented, efficient, and committed.
- Consult and train business and users, Investigate production issues.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- A bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration/ Banking and Finance, or equivalent work is required
- Experience in a particular banking data for at least 5 years
- Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
- Strong experience in writing a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes (complete, structured and easy to read) - Known in the database MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle; can use SQL/ PLSQ
- Can communicate in English (mandatory)
- Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good teamwork attitude.
- Responsible, Proactive and Ethical about secure Banking Data
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills
- Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts.-
