Business Development Executive

1) Be responsible for recruiting and managing domestic buyers, importers and distributors in Vietnam to attend meeting with international exporter companies

2) Identify clients’ needs, maintain the relationship (mostly with senior positions) & increase the revenue with existing clients, deal with day-to-day clients’ requirement

3) Search and evaluate new prospects, build up company database, market research and develop relationship with potential clients in order to expand the customer network and company’s market share in local industry

4) Closely coordinate with the Asia Events Group international team for recruiting buyers as well as reaching out to Vietnamese exporters to participate in our events.

5) Closely coordinate with Operation Department in all operations matters and with Marketing Department in promotional activities, coordinate with Finance team for timely and correct invoicing.

6) To facilitate a seamless and productive interaction between international suppliers and local importers by providing essential assistance, cultural guidance, and professional coordination during office visits and discussions.

7) Analyze the event's success and prepare reports, monitor after-sales services, compile and analyze sales figures for regional sales report.

8) Directly report and assist Vietnam Country Manager in various matters of sales & buyers recruitment and any requirements related to Asia Events Group projects.

9) Occasionally required to visit relevant physical exhibitions in Vietnam to approach new & existing clients and travel overseas while coordinate hosted buyers from Vietnam.

10) Recruit and assist to coordinate Vietnamese exporter companies to join trade delegations and business matching events

**Requirements**:
1) Good command of written & spoken in English and Vietnamese

2) University diploma, major in business administration is a plus

3) Two (02) year experienced in sales position (Telesales & F2F)

4) Strong customer-centric skills

5) Strong interpersonal skills, presentable

6) Able to work under high pressure to achieve personal goals

7) Target oriented

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From 10,432,600₫ per month
