A total of 300 employees work at 50 locations worldwide._

You will support our local project partners as a consultant based in Hanoi, Vietnam. You will regularly travel around the country for business purposes. You will be supported by six local employees and, on a selective basis, by international short-term consultants. The assignment should ideally begin in March 2025.

**The project**:
Regional project: social-ecological transformation of the financial sector supports the financing of climate change adaptation, the transition to an efficient, low-greenhouse gas economy and the transformation to a resilient agricultural system.

**What you bring**:

- Experience in a savings bank or retail bank - you have several years of experience in financial institutions.
- Experience in the field of development cooperation
- Very good language skills - You have a very good knowledge of German, are business fluent in English and express yourself confidently in banking terminology. A good knowledge of Vietnamese is a great advantage.
- Intercultural skills - You are empathetic and have strong intercultural communication skills. Ideally, you already have practical experience abroad in the finance sector, preferably in development cooperation.
- Consultancy and mediation skills - With practical experience in management consulting, leadership or project work, you can design and support change processes.
- Management experience - You already have relevant experience in managing a small team.
- Independent way of working - You are characterised by a high level of commitment, punctuality, decisiveness and ability to work in a team.
