**Administration**

- Project Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, timelines, and status reports.

- Task Management: Help track and manage project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.

- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including sending out invitations and preparing agendas.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and files.

**Research and Reporting**

- Research: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and potential solutions to project challenges.

- Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

- Problem-Solving: Help troubleshoot issues and find solutions to problems that arise during the project.

- Reporting: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates and key performance indicators.

- Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring they are within allocated limits

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira, Planner), and communication tools (e.g., Teams, Slack).

- Experience in working with corporate clients and in participating/running complex digital transformation programs (e.g., business, processes, technology, new business model implementation)

- Experience in delivering B2B enterprise solutions (Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, etc.) is a plus.

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willing to learn and explore innovative technologies and solutions

- Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient, and team player with a strong work ethic.

- Flexible working in an agile way, fuzzy situations, and multicultural environment with international experience (abroad or foreign companies in Vietnam)
