- Android Development:

- Follow best practices for mobile development, including coding standards, version control, and deployment processes on the Google Play Store.
- Flutter Development:

- Integrate native Android functionalities within Flutter apps to enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cross-platform compatibility and ensure consistent app performance across platforms.
- System Architecture and Design:

- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring that mobile solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performant.
- Implement clean, modular, and reusable code structures.
- Collaboration and Mentorship:

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create seamless and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate with other developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior mobile developers, providing guidance on coding practices, architecture, and best practices.
- Testing and Deployment:

- Manage the deployment process and assist with App Store and Play Store submission.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient build, testing, and deployment workflows.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Android Expertise (required):

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java for native Android development.
- Extensive experience with Android development frameworks like Jetpack (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation), Room, Retrofit, and WorkManager.
- Familiarity with modern Android development principles like MVVM, Clean Architecture, and dependency injection (e.g., Dagger, Hilt).
- Solid understanding of Android app lifecycle, performance optimization, and memory management.
- Flutter Experience (required):

- Ability to integrate native Android features into Flutter apps (e.g., via platform channels).
- Understanding of Flutter’s state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Mobile Development Best Practices:

- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party SDKs.
- Knowledge of mobile app security best practices, such as encryption, secure storage, and data protection.
- DevOps and CI/CD:

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for mobile development.
- Experience managing the Android build process, including Gradle configuration and optimizations.
- Language: Can communicate in English
