1. JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY
- Lead consulting activities for Daikin Vietnam commercial products in Ho Chi Minh branch territory (including Ho Chi minh City and 10 auxilary provinces) to give Daikin Vietnam a clear advantage in sales process and ensure buy-in from Consultants and Owners via consulting support activities and client relationship management
- This position manages a team of 12 Consulting Sales Engineers and reports directly to Head of HCM branch

- Organize and manage consultant relationship management activities including new consultant development; develop current relationship at executive and decision-making levels via various client engagement activities
- Provide technical advice for internal sales departments, most importantly Project Sales team and Developer team, for important decision making relating to projects and owner’s engagement
- Organize and develop consulting sales team with a consideration for balance between technical expertise and sales engagement activities
- Continuously update with Daikin’s and competitor’s latest specs and provide feedbacks/requests for Vietnam markets to ensure Daikin products are always at a technical and commercial advantage
- Closely liaise with other departments such as Project Sales, Developer Team and Technical support team to work effectively and win projects

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Project consulting with HVAC background
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with at least 5 years of managerial experience. Prior experience in consulting companies or HVAC companies is a must.
- Solid knowledge of the products, experience on design of air conditioning system and heat load calculation
