Sales Admin Officer

**Job description**
- Receive requests for preparing contracts for all Sales teams.
- Adjust, submit for signing and manage soft copies and hard papers
- Manage file database for contract details
- Receive & cross-check service payment requests for all Sales teams
- Make full hard copies of payment papers
- Contact partners to receive payment papers upon request
- Manage the system to implement in parallel with the original documents
- Support related programs between Sales teams and other departments
- Other required tasks by Line Manager
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/accounting/finance or relevant field
- Good at time management, communication, negotiation & problem solving
- Good at English communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Being devoted & hard-working
- Being focused and paying attention to details
- Can work independently and have teamwork spirit
- Being merely responsible, honest and straightforward
