**Job purpose**:This position is responsible for leading execution planning and implementation for assigned projects

**Job Accountabilities**
- **Propose detailed action plan (from the given direction) including the activity framework, content pillars, communication touch points and budget allocation**:

- **Responsible for all aspects of projects including meeting deadlines, time management, budgeting, campaign analysis and tracking/ monitoring**:

- **Manage brand BAU activities, including customer promotion, brand asset management: brand identity usage, merchandise, OOH and signage management**

**Job responsibilities**:
Project Planning:

- Understand the protection nature and meaning of the industry, target segment, insight and direction of Prudential brand
- Understand the business need and requirement and be able to propose different communication approach & touch points to answer different objectives and KPIs.
- Understand correctly the insight, target segmentation and key focus of the direction, big idea and show it through detailed action plan with key activities that practical, answer clearly business need.
- Understand different communication touch points/ channels and its strength to know why it should be applied/ used as per requirement, especially on social.

Project management:

- Be able to manage and implement all the required executions to meet expected quality and timeline with internal team (creative and content) and external (3rd party vendors)
- Work with creative and content team to answer different passion points that can motivate the target audience to take action based on the approved communication approach & frameworks. Support creative production in vendor sourcing and budgeting. Collaborate, discuss, up and be able to convince other stakeholders the marketing communication details and ensure collaboration activities

- Monitor activities rolled-out and target reactions and proactive propose improved/ adjusted plan quickly when needed to catch up with the situation & market trend.
- Ensure to update on report performance of all activities including ROI & KPIs

Brand BAU activities:

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Plan & implement monthly customer promotion campaign when needed, including document process, gift planning & buying under proper procurement endorsement.

**Stakeholders engagement**:

- Internal B&C: Creative team, Content team, Social media team
- MKT other section: Corp Com, Digital, CX, CSR
- Agency sale team: AD Strategy, AD growth, TH/BDD/BDM, GAB, GAM
- Other Com team in Prudential: AD Com, PD Com, HR Com, OP Com
- Financial department: Procurement, FBP, Accouting

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience working in multi-national Marketing Dept. or Advertising Agencies
- Proven ability at Communication implementation or social content plan development and implementation in Advertising Agencies or brand/ marketing n in the similar roles with at least 02-year experience.
- Proven ability to understand the brand direction, business objective, marketing need/ trend to propose practical, relevant activities from both on social, digital, and offline.
- Strong analytical & project management skills
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices, especially on social channels
- Agile spirit and be able to adapt with fast change
