We are urgently hiring for **Telesales Team Leader **for our partner BPO company in **Vietnam.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Manage and responsibile for daily, weekly, monthly quartely, annually team performance.
- Ensure team member achieve hourly, daily set targets (main & sub KPIs)
- Motivate the team to achieve sales target.
- Training providing sufficient support to team member to delivery expected performance.
- Support the team member to handle difficult cases/calls.
- Reporting team performance and daily operation and support needed.
- Garther feedback from team members on customer’s feedback on products, gift, concern on products, campaigns,
- Other tasks assigned by Operations Manager
- The salary range will be USD 790

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College or university graduation
- At least 2 years experience in the same position of telemarketing team leader/supervisor, telesales team leader/supervisor
- Experience to manage telesales team from at least 10 agents.
- Experience in Nutrition is an advantage
- Good at team and people management skill
- Planning, analysis and reporting skills
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, persistent, honest

Note: English is not required.
