**We are looking for an ambitious Sales Team Leader to**:

- Support and convince customers that help them can approach the best products with best benefits.
- Understand that making people engage with your brand is 50% empathy and 50% process - and you effectively can bring both to the table
- Answer customer questions about Zenyum products, services, promotions and after-sales policies
- Responsible to achieve the monthly target assigned
- Nurturing long-term relationships and build trust to maximize referrals and renewal
- Establishing strong daily work routine to maximize sales activities and channels
- Have data
- and performance-oriented, and optimise your approach for conversion flows and CAC

**You will be fit this role if you**:

- 4 years+ of experience in sales, especially telesales (Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Banking are referred) and at least 2 years+ of experience in leading role.
- Have excellent sales skill and be passionate about working with people
- Confident, experienced negotiator and problem solver who is quick with words and ideas
- Ambitious and desire for high achievement
- Able to cope with changes, high work pressure
- Able to present idea convincingly with high level of energy
- English skill is an advantage
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet )
