Commerce ops TikTok Shop - Account Manager, Books & Stationery (Vietnam) **Location**: Ho Chi Minh City Employment Type: Regular Job Code: M6646 **Responsibilities**: Books & Stationery category is a rapidly growing e-commerce market driven by the convenience of online shopping and the demand for personalized, niche, and sustainable products. In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share - Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality - Discover new collaborative opportunity that suitable with merchants' short-term and long-term development plans and build JBPs - Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction - Manage mid-and-long tail merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above - 3+ years experience in e-commerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Proficient in English **Preferred Qualifications**: - Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skill - Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred - A good team player, fast learner and open to changes - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Job Information About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
