This person will be responsible for proposing strategies for developing potential new products in the US market and managing a team effectively. This is an opportunity to contribute to breakthrough products and foster growth within a dynamic and pioneering company in the E-commerce industry.

A. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify trends and potential new product development opportunities in the US market.
- Analyze the feasibility of new product development proposals.
- Adopt new technologies to improve existing products.

B. New Product Development
- Set strategic goals and develop new product plans based on data and market research.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure product production and launch timelines are met.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate products based on business report metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Build and develop a continuous creative process for the team to optimize products.

C. Product Launch and Adjustment
- Create a detailed strategy and plan for launching new products.
- Periodically review and adjust the product development strategy based on post-launch results.
- Ensure all documents and reports related to the product and development process are accurately stored and managed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

D. Team Management and Training
- Lead and develop the team to enhance research, market analysis, and product development capabilities.
- Motivate and encourage creativity within the team, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with preference for experience in the US market.
- Strong in market research and analysis.
- Deep understanding of product development and brand building.
- Excellent risk management and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Systematic thinking, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Strong management and staff development skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and disciplined.
