**What We Can Offer**:

- Assist Finance Controller in reporting and planning:

- Prepare management reports to review monthly/quarterly/yearly performance, perform analysis for actual performance results vs target and propose key actions to get the results close to the target.
- Plan and prepare management reports focusing Budget/Estimate
- Assist Finance Controller in developing, implementing, and monitoring control framework including but not limited to the followings:

- Maintain and update current policies & procedures; and develop new policies and procedures over internal control system to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations and Group/Local policies.
- Facilitate and supervise related functions to implement policies, procedures, and internal control processes.
- Plan and conduct control testing on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to ensure that policies and procedures are strictly followed and effectively implemented by the respective functions.
- Make recommendations to mitigate identified risk and improve efficiency of operation based on the result of control testing.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on control testing to local management.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience working in Finance, Auditing, or Internal control.
- Working experience in FMCG industry in Vietnam is an advantage.
- Interpretation and analysis skill, diligence and honest in communication
- Ability to manage stress and work in a professional environment, including resilience, accountability, and commitment with deadlines.
