As a core member of our growing marketing team, you are someone who is passionate about marketing and loves creating marketing assets that engage, entertain, and inspire.

**What you will do...**

**Communication (40%)**- Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Threads, etc.) that encourages sharing.- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and draft creative concepts for marketing campaigns.- Manage and operate in-app channels, including push notifications, Zalo messages, and banners, to maximize visibility and conversion.- Develop paid media campaigns (Facebook/TikTok/Google Ads) with a focus on quantitative analysis: conduct numerous content experiments and iterate on successful ones.

**Growth Marketing (30%)**- Execute growth initiatives to drive the growth of Lending products, including new user acquisition and user retention.- Implement go-to-market campaigns for new feature rollouts across various channels.

**Operation (30%)**- Set up in-app promotions to deliver business objectives and excite target users.- Monitor the efficient operation of campaigns, promotional systems, communication channels, media mix, growth performance, and budget management.- Assist in preparing materials (gifts, prints, logistics, paperwork, etc.) for marketing activities and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Yêu cầu**:
- Final year students or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.- In-tune with social trends, even before they hit; ability to respond promptly to trends to capitalize on opportunities.- Good sense of creative art direction and copywriting.- Possess a natural empathy towards people and can easily understand user insights.- Strong ownership, commitment, and responsibility for business objectives.- Don’t settle for mediocre. You enjoy the thrill of doing something new and making it better.- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
