- Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Help coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Prepare recruitment-related documents, reports, and meeting notes as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in recruitment-related tasks.
- Handle other general admin tasks for HR works

- 3rd or 4th-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good command of English (reading and writing).
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
