- Review demands in MRP and assist in generating work orders and purchase orders
- Download work order pick sheets and kitting documents (following the instructions on the work traveler) from the Access database (Vault) and send them to US printers
- Communicate with the configuration team when documents are missing or revised
- Monitor the work order dashboard to track schedule and progress
- Coordinate closely with planners in the US to ensure smooth workflow between work centers
- Generate MRP reports
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
- Education:
Bachelor's or Associate’s degree (preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management)
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Technical Skills:

- Solid knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Language Skills:
Good verbal and written English skills (preferred)
- Other Skills:

- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently
