**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Commercial Manager** based in **Vietnam** to manage our business
development and partner relationships across **Vietnam, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia,**
**Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines**.
You will be responsible for **sales outreach, customer engagement, onboarding partners to**
**the Agrify.ai platform**, and maintaining long-term relationships with key regional
stakeholders. This position will involve **travel** for trade fairs, client visits, and meetings
across the assigned regions.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new **exporters, importers, distributors, and suppliers** in target markets.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of trade opportunities across assigned countries.
- Coordinate and facilitate **B2B meetings and trade discussions** between buyers and suppliers on the Agrify.ai platform.
- Support the Dubai and India teams with local insights, introductions, and lead generation.
- Conduct **market and competitor research** to identify new business and sourcing opportunities.**Supplier Development & Relationship Building**:
- Be on continuous lookout for **potential suppliers, growers, and exporters** in the region.
- Build trust and long-term partnerships with reliable supply sources to support Agrify.ai’s trade operations.
- Assist in qualifying suppliers and assessing their capabilities, product range, and export readiness.
- Share supplier feedback and coordinate for registration and onboarding on the
- Agrify.ai platform.
**Relationship Management**
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing buyers and suppliers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support for customers and vendors on the platform.
- Act as the primary contact for regional partners and resolve coordination issues.
**Sales Coordination & Reporting**:
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and progress using internal systems.
- Provide **weekly and monthly performance reports** to the Global Sales Head.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for local campaigns and communication efforts.
**Travel & Representation**:
- Represent Agrify.ai at **trade fairs, business events, and exhibitions** in the assigned region.
- Travel regularly to meet partners, suppliers, and distributors to strengthen trade relations.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field**.
- **1-5 years of experience** in international trade, export/import, or B2B sales (agri /
- food sector preferred).
- Strong communication skills in **English**; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian
- languages is a plus.
- Proactive and confident in relationship building and cross-cultural communication.
- Good understanding of trade and supplier management dynamics.
- Willingness to **travel across Asia** as required.
