**We are looking for someone with**:

- At least 2 years year working experience in Strategy Development, Business Analysis area.
- Research and analysis work
- Exposure to working with various departments and project management
- Exposure to life insurance competitive landscape and/or industry network is a plus

**Nice to Haves**:

- Analytics: required to bring together large volumes of information and highlight the key themes and make recommendations for a senior executive audience.
- Financials: understanding financial fundamentals and commercial drivers behind project business cases.
- Change Management: positively engages with and supports, advocates, communicates and implements change.
- Collaborative: Seeks to understand others' contrasting perspectives in order to overcome resistance and find common ground.
- Supportive: guiding and coaching project delivery teams and sponsors to implement project/program outcomes, building an environment of confidence and trust.

**On the job you will**:

- Liase with channel heads to develop and execute strategic planning of each channel in light with company strategy;
- Liase with channel heads to develop business cases and do the planning for new/ potential partnerships;
- Lead the development and preparation of strategy deck for PD and regular meeting material with key partners;
- Review and develop and compensation scheme for PD channel to ensure the overall compensation is competitive and drive desired behaviors of salesforces.
