**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Agency Digitalization Management**:

- This role is possibly expanded to involving in other Agency Digitalization initiatives in the future, given digitalization of the whole agent journey is the key direction moving forward.
- Involve in establishing and managing the workstream scope, resources, deliverables and timelines, with input from the team
- Be responsible for coordinating with different stakeholders in VN, PH, Regional office, and other BUs to plan, direct and coordinate all project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed project schedule and budget.
- Work with local functional teams during the conceptualization and development of the new process and the integration of the new process to the current system or framework
- Play as a change management lead during the transition from POD to POA, including being able to motivate and inspire colleagues in the workstream, as well as across the project workstreams, various functions and levels of the organization
- Ensure that the workstream’s objectives and desired outcomes, benefits, measurements and timelines are in line with business objectives and needs
- Prepare work and resource plans for each phase of the workstream
- Guide and support the team in defining, prioritizing, designing, developing, testing and implementing critical features and technical specifications
- Continuously monitor progress of project activities, and track benefit realization and delivery of intended results
- Ensure continuous and effective communication to relevant team members, stakeholders and colleagues throughout the project
- Continually and effectively communicate within the organization and with functional representatives. Manage relationships across all business lines and with external parties, defining requirements, agreeing terms and ensuring delivery.

**2. Business intelligence and analytics**
- Perform market intelligence and analyzing Agency KPIs to understand challenges and opportunities
- Recognize aspects to help Agency accelerate and sustainable growth
- Align agency accelerate and sustainable growth opportunities with agency strategy then propose initiatives to help Agency accelerate and sustainable growth
- Execute and/or collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives on tracking as plan
- Strengthen awareness and engagement on strategic initiatives/activities among sales heads (RH+) frequency as well as to ensure they are running their regions to be aligned with Agency’s strategy
- Keep updates to Executive Management Team regularly

**3. Business Forecast**
- Forecast business growth
- Study economy and industry trend to recognize impacts proactively
- Forecast 5Y business plan and define bottom up KPIs to help business achievement
- Propose quick win and long term business solutions
- Keep updates to Executive Management Team regularly

4. **Agency risk review (as line 1a)**
- Design risk KPIs and reports
- Keep updates to Executive Management Team regularly
- Notify to Agency Risk Team (line 1a and line 1b) any potential business risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure preventive and corrective actions are on tracking as plan

**5. Agency schemes (compensation and financial schemes) and benefits annually**
- Propose new/revised schemes
- Take ownership end to end schemes review process to ensure the new/revised scheme approved as policies and guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders ensure approved schemes are launched properly

**6. Assist to CAO & Head of ASBD**
- Agency Management Strategic and Business Plan Reporting
- Agency Management Data Analytics, Business Review Reporting
- Agency KPI & Sales Statistic & Sales Reports (MIS)
- Agency Compensation and Financing schemes and benefits Review & Proposals
- Agency Annual Planning to CAO & to all Sales Teams
- Agency PRE & Controllable Management
- Agency Risk KPIs Review

**JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Education/Training: Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Project management and/or Agency distribution experience/Actuarial
- Data analytics and solutions
- Good knowledge of the finance and/or insurance distribution
- Strong project management ability
- Strong risk management ability (financial and operational risk management)
- Strong people relations management
- Ability to lead, manage and develop teams
- Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in an accounting/finance role and/or project management role
- Master use of excel, access
- Power BI is preferable
