**About the Team**:

- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager of Market Research & Insight to join our dynamic team. This role will involve leading and executing comprehensive market research initiatives that focus on commercial competitor intelligence, UX/UI analysis, and key insights to drive strategic decision-making across various departments. You will oversee a team of 9 members, contributing to business development, customer experience, and operations optimization.
- ** Commercial Competitor Intelligence & Insights**:

- Develop and maintain detailed competitor intelligence reports analyzing competitors' seller behaviors, service coverage, pricing strategies, seller packages, and marketing activities.
- Conduct research on focused territory areas to support Business Development (BD) teams and Central CX with actionable insights.
**2. Social Listening and Sentiment Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze social media and online platforms to compare SPX's share of voice (SOV) with competitors and assess overall sentiment towards the company and its competitors.
**3. UX/UI Research and Insights**:

- Lead UX/UI research initiatives, focusing on the user experience and satisfaction comparison between SPX and competitors across both app and web platforms.
- Collect feedback from users, identify pain points, and recommend improvements to enhance the digital experience for both customers and sellers.
**4. Seller NPS (Net Promoter Score) Research**:

- Coordinate the collection and analysis of Seller NPS data to assess seller satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide actionable insights for internal teams to optimize seller experience and improve retention.
**5. UX/UI Control & Ops Intelligence**:

- Research and report on competitors' operational networks, including hubs, SOCs, mini-SOCs, linehaul strategies, KPIs, salary schemes, and other relevant factors.
- Conduct ad-hoc UX/UI research for operational improvements and optimization in key areas of the business.
**6. Rider & Driver NPS Reports**:

- Lead the collection and analysis of Rider and Driver NPS reports to gauge satisfaction levels and gather insights to improve their experience.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify and implement improvements based on feedback.
**7. Ad-Hoc Insights & Research**:

- Provide on-demand market insights and UX/UI research as needed to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, offering research expertise to drive strategic decisions.
**8. Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead and manage a team of 9 members, ensuring that they are well-supported, motivated, and aligned with team goals.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to drive innovation and efficiency in market research and insight generation.
- Develop and mentor team members to ensure professional growth and effective knowledge-sharing.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- ** Experience**:

- 5-7 years of experience in market research, competitor intelligence, or a related field.
- Previous experience in managing and leading a team is preferred.
- Strong background in UX/UI research and analysis is essential.
**3. Skills**:

- Proficient in market research tools, social listening platforms, and UX/UI research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with NPS, sentiment analysis, and customer experience research.
