Assist the Manager for the detailing and implementation of Marketing programs.
- Assist in development and implementation of the Communications Plan for the marketing programs
- Work closely with the media agency and the Team for detailing, implementation and monitoring of media campaigns and plans.
- Perform monthly gathering, analysis, and reporting of consumer and trade data including sales volumes, market share, penetration/ distribution, stock-out, and inventory.
- Assist in developing and implementing trade and consumer promos as well as merchandising and local event activities based on business directions while coordinating with both Sales and Trade Marketing departments.
- Analyze and monitor program efficiencies and effectiveness to ensure targets are achieved.
- Monitor and track brands market share & performance to identify risks & opportunities.
- Input on the development, production & implementation of advertising and promotions for brand and media strategies and executions to support brand.

2. NPD: work with inter department team to evaluate product potential / package innovations for presentation to improve the brand image in the market place.
- Consumer research understanding / survey
- Other works as assigned by Manager

Education
- University/College degree in Marketing or equivalent training.

2. Work Experience
- Experienced in the areas of Marketing or Trade Marketing with preferably in multinational companies.

3. Skills required
- Having knowledge of Marketing techniques and concepts and business practices in Vietnam.
- Experience working in the beverage industry or FMCG is an advantage
- English oral and written communication skills
