**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Junior SEO Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of hands-on SEO tasks, support content optimization, and contribute to the global visibility of our website.
You will work closely with the SEO Manager and collaborate with branding, developer teams to enhance TGM’s online presence across multiple markets. It’s the perfect fit for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in digital marketing and SEO.
**What You'll Do**:

- SEO Optimization* Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including metadata, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Participate in website audits to detect technical SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations.
- Create articles to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied across pages and articles.
- Website Localization* Support the adaptation of website content for multiple languages and regions.
- Work with translation teams to ensure localized content is accurate, relevant, and culturally aligned.
- Coordinate with web developers to ensure proper technical implementation of localized content.
- Web Analytics* Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Create regular performance reports to summarize key results and insights for the marketing team.
- Other Web-Related Tasks* Support other web-related projects as needed, including website improvements, user experience enhancements, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about SEO trends, search engine updates, and digital marketing best practices

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and content performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.) is a plus
- Previous experience, internship, or coursework in SEO or digital marketing is preferred
