Key Responsibilities:

- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) on plastic parts to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Use common measurement equipment, including but not limited to, Visual Measurement Machines (VMM) and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Interpret and understand technical drawings and specifications related to plastic parts.
- Select appropriate measurement equipment and define measurement methods for dimensional checks.
- Utilize GD&T principles to assess and verify part dimensions and tolerances.
- Conduct NG dimension analysis and provide detailed reports on non-conformances.
- Perform statistical analysis including CPK (Process Capability Index) and GR&R (Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility) studies to evaluate measurement systems and process capabilities.
- Document and report inspection results, including any non-conformances or deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve any issues identified during inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure traceability of measurement data.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and product quality.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on FAI and plastic parts.
- Proficiency in using measurement equipment such as VMM, CMM, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, particularly those related to plastic components.
- Proficiency in NG dimension analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as CPK and GR&R studies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system standards.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
