**Description**

Ansell is looking for a **Chemical **Process **Engineer II **to join our team in **Ansell Vietnam plant**.

**What your role will be?**

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the **Associate. Director, Manufacturing**, you will:

- **Process Development**
- Follow up with production to build new designed process completely in compliance to LEAN concept.
- Develop, verify, and validate products from process development to successful commercialization.
- Work closely with Production/ Maintenance / Automation Engineer to improve tools
- Design guides, template or platform are adequately updated to reflect new methods or approaches from development or product/process transferred to support highest volume, lost cost and highest quality
- Develop and maintain dipping/ compounding process optimization and validation programs.
- Drive FPY/RTY and reduce variance in dipping process.
- Support Sourcing and QA for technical matter.

**2. Ma**nufacturing Support**
- Support to develop new document to adapt required production operations
- Create the Standard Work and guideline for production
- Support to all the change of process
- Supporting of deal with supplier due to technical issue.

**3. Others**
- Involve company activities such as Safety, Fire, Health, Team building, Audits
- Support special projects as required
- Participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease cost, and - improve product performance.
- Determine process capability for all developed processes

**KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree and above in Chemistry.

**Language Skills**:

- Local Language + English

**Job Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experiences in production management
- Experience in Textile/ Garments/ Glove Manufacturing is in advance
- Experience in ERP D365 or SAP

**K**nowledge and Skills**
- Strong in Analysis and Problem-solving skill.
- Interpersonal Skill
- Good English skill in both speaking & writing
- Presentation and communication skills
- Teamwork

**Working time**: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM)
