JOB PURPOSE

The Quality Engineer Backfill is to support our current Sensor QA during the period of SAP transferring and training that is one year. This guide will be responsible for performing the task of Sensor QA.

MAIN DUTIES
- Assure the product quality in conformity with MVN QMS, applicable aerospace and customers’ requirements;
- Manage the assigned KPIs, First pass yield, Customer escape, RPPM;
- Reduce the Cost of Poor Quality;
- Improve product quality;
- Represent MVN Quality Assurance Dept as prime contact on assigned product quality events related to customer quality in Vietnam;
- Manage the implementation, follow-up and associated reporting of the undertaken actions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Investigate nonconforming products to determine the root causes and actions needed;
- Monitor the production process to improve the product quality;
- Lead problem solving activities on escapes reported by customers and non-conformities raised for event resolution;
- Perform product and documentation conformity verification in accordance with product customer requirements;
- Validating Inspection reports, ATR when required;
- Issuing and signing certificates of conformance.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS

Educationlevelrequired, language skills, specific knowledge
- Engineering/Technical degree in mechanical, electric or electronics.
- Ability to communicate in English (immediate speaking and writing in quality area).
- French is a plus.

Professionalexperience/ in a specific area
- Min. 3 years experiences in production, product quality;
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination;
- Experience with electronic systems and manufacturing processes;
- Trained on Quality basics (e.g. 5S, 8D, product quality requirements, quality system.);
- Proficient in MS Office

Experience in SAP implementation is a plus

KEY COMPETENCIES

- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
