The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Controlling the performance and review efficiency of recruitment agencies and job portals./ Kiểm soát hiệu suất và đánh giá hiệu quả của các đối tác cung ứng nguồn lực và các nền tảng tuyển dụng.
- Closely coordinating with the Performance Management team to develop and monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruitment performance./ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Quản lý Hiệu suất để phát triển và giám sát các chỉ số tuyển dụng chính nhằm xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất tuyển dụng.
- Training, mentoring, and developing team members towards SPX Xpress requirements, including career development planning and opportunities./ Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển các thành viên trong nhóm theo yêu cầu của SPX Xpress, bao gồm lập kế hoạch và cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp.
- Steering, evaluating, and ensuring the performance and efficiency of the responsible recruitment team towards agreed KPIs and stakeholders’ expectations./ Lãnh đạo, đánh giá và đảm bảo hiệu suất và hiệu quả của nhóm tuyển dụng chịu trách nhiệm theo các KPI đã thỏa thuận và mong đợi của các bên liên quan.
- Preparing and delivering yearly recruitment plans and leading recruitment teams to perform against hiring demand./ Chuẩn bị và trình bày kế hoạch tuyển dụng hàng năm, dẫn dắt các đội tuyển dụng thực hiện theo nhu cầu tuyển dụng.
- Regularly visit on-site operational sites and survey competitors to gain deep insights, thereby providing timely support for operations./ Thường xuyên đến các địa điểm vận hành thực tế và khảo sát thị trường để có góc nhìn sâu sắc, từ đó kịp thời đưa ra các giải pháp hỗ trợ vận hành.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business management or related majors.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting or HR in a fast-paced environment is preferred for a similar senior role.
- An excellent communicator and team player, able to influence and build long-term professional relationships across various levels.
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills in handling a large team, particularly the ability to guide and coach team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good stakeholder management skills.
