**Responsibilities**:

- You will work in a fast-paced, creative environment, requiring proven management and execution abilities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business and marketing goals into visually appealing and engaging concepts.
- Details: -Manage and support the graphic design team to conceptualize and develop creative products focused on digital (Web / UI UX ). -Participate in the entire creative process within allocated time and budget. -Work with project managers to ensure accuracy, practicality, and on-time delivery. -Effectively present and communicate the creative vision. -Collaborate with designers, marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure that concepts, themes, and messages are effectively and consistently conveyed for business goals and target audiences. -Strong layout, typography, and graphic design skills for Digital projects (Website / Landing page / Minisite / Dashboard / Mobile App ). -Stay updated on the latest standards, processes, and trends in visual design. -Be responsible for all pre-execution meetings.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
- Three years of hands-on experience in logo design, typography, color schemes, web layout design; proficiency in Adobe Suite or other visual design and wireframing tools; ability to demonstrate graphic design skills with a solid portfolio.
- Ability to present creative work internally and to clients.
- Ability to collaborate with Copywriters and Designers.
- Capable of gathering and interpreting feedback.
- Strong understanding of client objectives.
- Effective communication and persuasion around design ideas.
- Passionate about design; continuously seeking improvement.
- Ability to motivate and inspire high performance in assigned projects.
- Dynamic, creative personality, effective in engaging and influencing various audiences.
- Must understand design across multiple mediums - print, digital, mobile.
