**The Role**

We are currently in search of a driven Key Account Management (KAM) intern. While prior experience in e-commerce would be advantageous, it is not obligatory. This entails forging strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meticulously oversee and optimize store operations.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage store operations, including commercial & merchandise setup.
- Able to translate brand promotion into a briefing for the design team.
- Work with other teams to ensure brand KPI & tasks are delivered effectively and on time.
- Collaborate with manager on NMV goals, planning, and forecasting
- Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any ecommerce platform issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:

- Last year/ graduated student, preferably within Economics major
- Passion for ecommerce and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language proficiency
- Good communication & can bear high pressure
- Careful & work commitment spirit; problem-solving, and logical thinking skills are a must
- E-commerce working experience is a plus
