**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- _Direct implement or support BA/Sr. BA to do business requirements/change requests_
- _Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to understand requirements. Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users._
- _Working closely with IT development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements._
- _Create document proposal for complex requirements. Make reports about user requirements, list of documentation, process of change requests_
- _Report working result to line managers_
- _Coaching and training newcomers._

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- _University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas._
- _Having any Business Analyst certificate (CCBC/CBAP) would be advantage_
- _Having any Product Owner certificate (PSPO I / PSPO II /CSPO) would be advantage_
- _2 years’ experience in banking/financial company (experience in banking/finance/related products (origination /servicing/collections))_
- _2 years of experiences in System Development and Business Analysis_
- _Work in full SDLC for at least 3-4 projects/systems_
- _BA overall skills (gather requirement, create technical documents)_
- _Strong flowcharting techniques, BPMN_
- _Exp. In Core Banking/Lending Platform (Finacle/FinnOne/others, etc) covering the modules like (Loan Origination/Loan Management, General Ledger, etc.)_
- _Exp. to build a new system from scratch would be advantage_
- _Exp. to SOA principle system integrations,_ _Exposure to Web Services (SOAP/REST) would be advantage_
- _Exp. to work with some popular databases (MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL) include querying data, writing functions/store procedures, etc._
- _Exp. to propose/design the solution/system architecture would be advantage_
- _Exp. to perform SIT/UAT to ensure the quality of the project/system_
