**Person Specification**

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- A recognised Primary teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, M.Ed.)
- A minimum of three years’ senior management experience
- Extensive experience teaching the English National Curriculum
