**Mục tiêu công việc** / **_Job objective_**
- Manage and control all accounting activities related to the supply chain: purchasing, inventory, logistics, production, and distribution.
- Organize and manage the operations of Commi Accounting Department
- Give consultanting to SCU Head and other Department on Accounting principle and best practice
- To be incharge for all relative report from government and company.

**Trách nhiệm chính /**_Main responsibility_**

**Supply Chain Cost Management**
- Monitor, analyze, and control purchasing, transportation, warehousing, shrinkage, and loss costs.
- Calculate product costs for imported goods.
- Propose cost optimization solutions.

**Inventory Accounting**
- Control goods receipt - delivery - inventory.
- Perform periodic stocktakes and handle discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory data is consistent with actual and book records.

**Production Accounting**
- Calculate product costs.
- Allocate general production costs.
- Control raw material consumption standards.
- Accurately determine cost of goods sold (COGS) and selling prices.

**Accounting Data Management Related to Logistics & Purchasing**
- Record purchase invoices and logistics services.
- Control accounts payable to suppliers.
- Reconcile data with Purchasing, Warehousing, and Logistics departments.

**Analysis and Reporting**
- Prepare periodic reports: supply chain costs, inventory, product costing.
- Report tax obligations.
- Analyze cost fluctuations and provide early warnings.

**Internal Control & Compliance**
- Ensure that accounting procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external audits.

**Interdepartmental Coordination**
- Work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
- Advise on operational solutions and handle arising situations.

**Kiến thức / Knowledge**
- Graduated from university with a major in Accounting or higher.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of tax regulations, financial accounting principles, and standards.
- Strong skills in collecting accounting data, statistical summarization, and report preparation.
- Well-versed in capital management, cash flow cycles, and inventory control.

**Kinh nghiệm / Experiences**
- At least 5 years of experience as similar position (CA, Accounting manager), preferably in the food industry.
