About this job

The Admin Temp staff is responsible for importing and updating data between Phoebus system and Salesforce.

Scope of the role/ Key Responsibilities

The tasks include but not limited to:
1. Extracting and importing/inputting/updating data between Salesforce and Phoebus system:

- Extracting Contact list from Salesforce system then importing/inputting to Phoebus system.
- Extracting Contact list from Phoebus system then importing/inputting Contact ID from Phoebus system to Salesforce system.
- Extracting Enquiry list from Phoebus system then importing/inputting Enquiry ID from Phoebus system to Salesforce system.
- Extracting Student list from Phoebus system then importing/inputting Student ID from Phoebus system to Salesforce system.
- Extracting/Receiving payment detail list (payment status and payment amount) of Enquiries/Students from Phoebus system, then importing/inputting/updating to Salesforce system.
- Clarifying the variance and update the correct payment (status and amount) into Salesforce.
- Extracting/Receiving re-enrollment confirmation report from re-enrollment confirmation landing pages, then importing/inputting to Salesforce system.

2. Making reconciliation data after importing/inputting/updating between 2 systems to make sure accuracy of data, then send reconciliation to Campus Sales manager/Campus Services team leader for double check.

3. Joining the necessary training to understand and improve the quality of work.

4. Other tasks as assigned by Campus Sales Manager
- Note that importing/inputting/updating data and reconciliation should be done real time or may be scheduled every 2 hours.
- Working location: District 2, District Phú Nhuận
- BAdegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business, Business Administration, or equivalent degrees
- Proficient in software, excel
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Responsible, innovative, result-orientation, careful, flexible and teamwork
- Have basic English level
